Terms and Conditions
At Joël Numismatics, we ensure that all coins offered are 100% genuine. The quality of each item is determined based on our expertise and extensive knowledge in the field. However, coin quality is inherently subjective, so we strongly encourage you to assess the condition based on the photos provided in the listing.
Order Processing and Payment:

• Orders will be prpayment details.

• e to pay by bank transfer, please include your name in the payment reference to avoid delays.
• Payment must be received before your order can be shipped. For PayPal payments, please note that orders will be shipped within 7 business days. For bank transfers, we process orders within 4 business days.

Returns and Refunds:

• If you are a private customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the coin within a reasonable time frame. The coin must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Please note that these return conditions apply only to private customers and not to professional clients or businesses.
• Refunds will be issued only once the coin has been received and inspected by Joël Numismatics.
• Coins are always carefully packed to ensure they are safe for inspection, and you should be able to evaluate the coin properly upon receiving it.

Pricing and Taxes:

• All prices are listed in euros. The buyer is responsible for any exchange rate fees.
• The coins offered by Joël Numismatics fall under the VAT margin scheme, meaning VAT is not included in the invoice.
• Gold investments are exempt from VAT.

Ownership and Risk:

• Coins remain the property of Joël Numismatics until full payment is received.
• If you select standard shipping, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. For a more secure option, we recommend choosing registered mail, which carries no risk to the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping and Packaging:

• All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit, and the contents are not visible on the outside of the packaging.
• Joël Numismatics is not responsible for any damage caused by postal services, but we will assist you in claiming damages from the carrier if necessary.
• Orders are shipped within 4 business days after payment unless you choose PayPal as the payment method. In that case, orders will be shipped within 7 business days.

Product Availability:

• Please note that each coin listed is unique, and only one item is available for sale unless otherwise stated.

Order Errors:

• In the event of an order placed at an incorrect price (e.g., €10 instead of €100), Joël Numismatics reserves the right to cancel the order.

Payment Methods:

1. International bank transfer (IBAN).
2. PayPal (only available for orders up to €1,000, and shipped via registered mail). For orders over €1,000, payment must be made via IBAN bank transfer. Shipping may take longer for PayPal payments.
